The Indoor Season Concluded

What an awesome way to end this year’s indoor season. Making my second appearance at USA Indoor Nationals, taking 6th place, two places higher than last year. I finished the indoor season with a new personal record of 14’1.25 / 4.30m. After a slow start in January, dedication and persistence paid off as I worked diligently to better my vault. As I continue to strive for perfection, my goal is to add another foot to my personal record this outdoor season.

Highlights thus far for the 2007 season…

~ March 2007, new personal record of 14’5.25 / 4.40m

~ Qualified for USA Outdoor Championships in Indianapolis, IN

~ February 2007, new personal record of 14’1.25 / 4.30

~ Placed 6^th at the USA Indoor Championships in Boston, MA

Upcoming Outdoor Season

I started this outdoor season on March 24, 2007 at the Alabama Relays, returning to my alma mater for a chance to compete in front of the home crowd. I set a new personal record of 14’5.25 / 4.40m, qualifying to the USA Outdoor Championships this June in Indianapolis, IN. There, I will compete for an opportunity to make the 2007 Pan American Games Team and 2007 World Championship Team.

Come out and enjoy the thrill of competition as I compete to better my personal record and stand by my motto:Aspiring for the Perfect Jump!
